If you decide to rely on us we will digitally sign a contract.
A month before the wedding we will organize a video call and send you a document containing a series of questions and details of the event.
We will ask you to fill it out. The pre-production document will be the basis of the conversation we will have.
We will discuss the timeline with you (and possibly the wedding planner), we will talk about dress code, colors, special moments and much more.

The sooner, the better! I typically recommend booking your wedding photographer at least 9 to 12 months in advance, especially if your wedding is during peak season (spring and summer). Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so securing your date early ensures availability.

The number of photos depends on the coverage you choose and the flow of your wedding day. On average, we deliver between 600 and 1,200 carefully edited images, capturing every important moment in a natural and authentic way.
Absolutely! To best tell your story through images, we recommend selecting around 20 must-have photos that you absolutely want in your album. From there, we will carefully design the layout to create a beautiful and cohesive narrative.
If you’d like to choose more photos, that’s completely fine! We’ll make sure everything fits perfectly while maintaining the right balance of storytelling, album size, and page count.

We love to travel! We’re happy to capture your wedding anywhere. For weddings outside of Tuscany, a travel fee will be calculated based on the location. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote!
Sure! We’ll go over your must-have shots and any special requests during our meeting one month before the wedding. This ensures we capture every important moment just the way you envision it.

Don’t worry! Heavy rain usually doesn’t last all day! We’ll be ready to capture outdoor moments whenever the weather permits. If you’re feeling adventurous, a few shots in the rain can create a truly epic gallery.
If the weather isn’t cooperative, we’ll take stunning indoor shots in the beautiful spaces of your chosen venue.
Alternatively, you can also opt for a post-wedding session, where you can wear your wedding attire again and take photos at a location of your choice.

Yes, we offer instant printing packages with 100 prints in either 10×15 or 15×20 format. Perfect for sharing beautiful memories with your guests right at the event!
We provide a Polaroid camera along with film cartridges. It’s up to the couple to decide whether to leave the camera available for guests to use or have us take the photos for you.
If we’re the ones taking the Polaroids, we typically capture them after the cake cutting, during the party. At your discretion, the Polaroids can either be left for guests to enjoy or collected and handed over to you later.
Let us know as soon as possible! If the new date is available, there’s no problem at all. However, if we’re unable to find a mutually available date, we’ll need to cancel the contract according to the terms agreed upon during the contract signing.
We typically recommend 20-30 minutes for couple portraits. We want you to enjoy the love and company of your guests, so we keep this time short and sweet. However, if you’re available for a bit longer, we’d love to take extra time to have fun and capture even more beautiful moments together!
We specialize in photography only. However, we are happy to collaborate with any videographers you choose to ensure your day is captured perfectly from every angle!

Your online gallery will be available for 60 days. You’ll have plenty of time to download all your beautiful photos and share them with loved ones!
Yes, extra hours can be added for a fee of 150€/hour for each additional hour of coverage. Just let us know, and we’ll make the arrangements!
